We should all talk like they do in acceptance speeches: full of gratitude and realizing we don't have much time- @bradmontague

In an age where we have content overload you get to choose what you see. This is just an example of what comes across my feed on the daily. What impacts me the most is the fact that we don’t have much time and we don't realize that. We live this life in our thoughts and actions as if we have a lot of them to live, as if we have another life were we get to do it over and learn from this life’s lessons and mistakes. The fact is….we don’t. We are on this earth for a limited amount of time and we need to take advantage of our time here and make a positive impact to those around us. The sooner we realize that, the sooner we will get it in to our brains that we should treat each other better, help each other out, and love one another regardless of pour differences. So remember, “we should all talk like the do in acceptance speeches: full of gratitude and realizing we don’t have much time.”

I work in education and a major theme in my classroom that I am constantly telling my students is, “Mistakes are not just okay, they are mandatory.” That is the same philosophy that I have in life. I'm not intentionally going out and making stupid mistakes and justify it as being ok, no not at all, i mean it in the sense of trying new things, stepping outside of your comfort zone and being bold enough to say” if this new experience doesn't work out how i planned it in my head” it's ok. You learn from it, move on, and build on it. How do you think this whole radio experience of mine started?? I took a risk at something that i had never done in my life and i ended up falling in love with it. So what is it that you can do that will change your life? Just imagine what is waiting for you on the other side of that experience?
